What the Command Palette options do
Search
Start typing to find chats and commands quickly. Use Search when you know what you want but do not want to navigate through several screens.
New Session
New Session creates a clean conversation with a fresh working context. Use it when changing projects or beginning a separate task. Stay in the current session when the new request depends on earlier decisions or files.
Sessions

Automations
