Your details.
Handled thoughtfully.
Understand what this site does with the information you enter.
Forms and setup briefs
Contact and onboarding forms may submit the details you choose to provide so our team can respond and prepare the requested service. Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, pairing codes, or unredacted secrets. Protected access is arranged separately.
Accounts, orders, and service records
Customer accounts, orders, payment processing, support records, and service delivery may use WordPress, SureCart, SureForms, email delivery providers, hosting providers, and other services required for the transaction or requested work. Payment-card details are handled by the configured payment processor rather than stored in ordinary site content.
Browser and analytics data
The site may store functional preferences and collect security, performance, and audience information such as page requests, device details, approximate location, referring pages, and error logs. Retention depends on operational, legal, and service requirements.
OpenClaw service work
Before support begins, we confirm the systems in scope, approved access, third parties, data handling, and expected retention. Self-hosting does not by itself mean that no data leaves an environment; selected model, messaging, email, search, and integration providers may receive data.
