Clear expectations.
Before we begin.
These terms explain the website and service-request process. A written quote, order, or statement of work may add service-specific terms.
Service requests and scope
Submitting a form, onboarding brief, or consultation request does not place an order or authorize unrestricted access. We confirm compatibility, scope, deliverables, access, timing, exclusions, and price before paid work begins.
Prices and third-party costs
Advertised prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, model-provider usage, servers, domains, software, payment fees, and other third-party costs are separate unless the written service description explicitly includes them.
Customer responsibilities
You must control or be authorized to use the systems, accounts, data, and content placed in scope. Keep recoverable backups, disclose relevant constraints, and do not send secrets through public forms or ordinary chat.
Access, changes, and acceptance
Access is limited to the agreed work. We use backups and reversible changes where practical, but no technology service can promise uninterrupted operation or eliminate every risk. Acceptance checks and any correction window are defined for the service.
Open-source and third-party services
OpenClaw911.com is operated by Allaboutwebservices.com Inc. and is independent from the OpenClaw project and OpenClaw Foundation. OpenClaw and third-party platforms are governed by their own licences, policies, availability, and technical changes.
